Main issue:

Friends, I hope you are well. In today's post, we are going to talk about the most important issue in the world that has endangered the peace of the whole of Asia. Friends, this is the Kashmir issue.

The dispute between the two nuclear powers, which has been going on for many years, is over the territory of Kashmir, which Pakistan considers and India wants to occupy.

Now friends, what is the reality and it is very important to understand why the Kashmir issue has become so serious, why India still refuses to give Kashmir its real status, why?

Kashmiris are being killed without any guilt, the dignity of their women is being trampled on, children and the elderly are being handcuffed in a very brutal manner, why all this today?

Throughout the story, we are just going to tell you what the whole Kashmir issue is or hopes you will like our article very much.

Historical background

Friends, if we are to understand the reality of this, we must understand that during the partition of the subcontinent in 1947, the heads of all these states were given the authority to Either go to India or join Pakistan.

Friends, the story is about to begin. Now the state of Kashmir was sold by Dogra Raja Hari Singh by the British government for only Rs. 75 lakhs. He tried to keep her free and he had a heartfelt desire to go with India. Friends, now the majority there was Muslims, so the Muslims did not tolerate this kind of violence and this Hindu Maharaja was against the Muslims.

Movement against Maharaja

There was so much oppression that a movement started here. This movement was led by Sheikh Abdullah and Chaudhry Ghulam Abbas. Maharaja then received help from India, now India then sent its relentless army to help him in the valley of Kashmir and so to this day the people of Kashmir have been dying in the violence of this army.

India in United Nations

So, brother, after that when the Baloch chiefs of the Muslims started protesting against this Maharaja so much that he had to flee from the valley of Kashmir. And because of their war, they went to India and India moved to United Nations.

The decision has been made that Kashmir will be decided by its people and they will decide they want to go to India or whether they want to be a part of Pakistan.

1965 War

Friends, because of this disputed state, a war broke out between India and Pakistan in 1965. In this war, the reality is that the Pakistani army would have failed to occupy Kashmir or give the Kashmiris their rights.

Yes, there is a big reason for this. On the one hand, Pakistan's existence is new till then and Pakistan suffers from its own internal and external problems. That is why it cannot defend itself properly.

Because of this, a resolution was passed in which it was decided that both countries should end his war and take his army back.

Shimla Agreement

Friends, this is how it went now and part of Kashmir became part of Pakistan's existence or what Pakistanis today know as Azad Kashmir and Indians as Occupied Kashmir. Similarly, Indian Kashmir is pointed to as Occupied Kashmir by Pakistanis, while Indians call it Azad Kashmir.

But the fact is that it is part of this controversial state. Shimla Agreement forced both countries to extend their Line of Control.

Rights of Self Determination

Friends, according to the United Nations resolutions of 1970, the people of Kashmir have been given the right to decide their own destiny with which country they want to join. But is not giving the Kashmiris the right that the United Nations had said in its report.

International Dispute

Brother, when any issue is put before the heads of all countries, they say with certainty that it becomes a global issue. In the same way, India itself has put it before the United Nations. We can say that Kashmir at this time. It has become a global problem. Until a complete solution is found, the beauty of peace in Asia will not be seen properly.

Recent India’s steps

Dude, on August 5, 2019, India set aside Article 370 and Article 35 A and abolished them from the constitution. Friends, these are the articles that give the people of Kashmir the rights that at least other Hindus do not come here in the state of Kashmir. but after deleting these two articles, anyone from all over India can get up and live in Kashmir Valley.

Besides, Kashmir's own flag has been removed and it is India. Pakistan has taken a very serious and tough stance on this issue. Pakistan says that unless India abides by these two articles in their original form. Pakistan is not ready to establish any diplomatic relationship with India.
